|Profile:||I'm a results-focused, integrative Executive and Team coach and have been helping leaders and their teams to achieve breakthroughs in performance since 2001. I've worked with over 200 executives and managers to identify and overcome the barriers standing between them and further success.
I co-develop concrete action plans with my clients that are grounded in their specific business context and personal reality, enabling them to develop and implement successful strategies. Clients tell me that they value my practical and pragmatic approach and the balance between support and challenge I give.
My practice is built on a foundation of psychology and neuroscience.
After graduating from Edinburgh University with a BSc in Psychology, I started a thirteen-year sales career working for both large multinationals and smaller start-up ventures in the technology, media and telecoms sectors. My last commercial role was a start-up, building an online joint venture with one of the world’s largest publishing houses.
I undergo regular supervision.
